LAYER 3 FOR IT IS FINISHED FILE

Since so many were adding an extra layer to the It Is Finished design, I decided to update the design with the extra layer. I think it looks great and I wish I would've thought of it myself! For those who have already purchased the file, here is a free download for the additional layer.
